White walkers come at day 700, and can only be damaged by Valyrian Steel weapons (And probably obsidian, but I haven’t checked yet). He can be found in the castle at King’s Landing. Targaryens only invade if you complete Vary’s questline.

Does anyone have a tried and true strategy when it comes to conquering Westeros? I intend to have it fully under my control before trying to weather the Targaryen invasion (which I imagine happens somewhat soon before the White Walkers come if the mod follows the story of the show), I'm not looking for a cheesy way but rather a somewhat ironed out thought process/train on the matter.

What is the recommended number for right to rule, and where should I start my faction? Despite the Free Folk's numbers, I was able to beat an army of 900+ with an army of 280, so difficulty really isn't a factor there, I was however curious on how the game would react when the invasion happens (I've heard on day 700 it happens?) and they just encounter resistance from the get go.Īnd finally 3. The North led by Roose Bolton would make sense, and I guess the Vale too? But to have Lannisters, Dornish and Volantian men coming for me seems a little odd. What dictates the games AI when it comes to attacking? I found it quite odd that people from Lys, Volantis and even Dorne were traveling all the way North of the Wall to sack my villages. I had been having my companions go out and spread word about their desire to see me as king but clearly it wasn't enough. Was this because of my right to rule? (it was 55 the last time I looked at it) However when I made my faction, I found myself at war with practically everyone except the Night's Watch. To start, I made my own faction by dominating the Free Folk with an army comprised of Unsullied, various companions (Selmy, Brienne, Podrick, Gendry, Beron Grey, Hagen the Beautiful, Syrio, Anguy and Thoros), and Northmen.

Collect fiefs during their aggression and your right to rule will become obvious.I'm pretty new to M&B Warband and especially new to the module scene and just had a few questions about how the game functions, I've read some articles online on how Right to Rule works in the normal game, and now I have questions about Right to Rule in regards to AWOIAF. Beat them down into submission and once humbled accept their offers of peace. Not only do you get the benefit of all the martial lords who take care of business on the field, but managing their disposition is so much easier in the long run.Īccept the wraith of all the false monarchs with a smile on your face. A good syndicate with three to four martial lords is amazing because of this. The hardest part about your own kingdom is managing lords.

I won't go into the details of how exactly to do that, because I assume you know how to get relations up with lords. If you can cultivate relations with a syndicate of lords within one of the aggressive factions that has a lot of martial lords.

Best way to get them to offer it is to beat them in combat. Something about the background simulation where if another ruler offers it legitimizes you. Accepting peace does wonders to your right to rule.
